The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Pepper & Murphy’s website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • These terms and conditions apply to the use of Pepper & Murphy’s website and the purchase of products from our online store.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised terms and conditions on our website.
  • We reserve the right to change the products and services advertised on our website at any time.
  1. Purchases
  • All purchases from our online store are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We will not be liable for any errors in pricing on our website. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.
  • We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.
  • All transactions are processed in AUD.
  1. Shipping and Delivery Policy
  • Products are delivered Australia wide and New Zealand using Australia Post (Registered Post).  Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.  Delays via Australia Post can occur, especially during public holidays which is unfortunately out of our control. Please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking details on the progress of your order.
  • Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

    4. Exchange Policy
  • Please choose carefully before you buy. For faulty products, Pepper & Murphy’s offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product.
  • We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied. If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.
  • If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product. When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.

These Terms & Conditions are currently effective and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our T&Cs at any time and you should check this periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the T&Cs on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms & Conditions.
