We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through PayPal Express checkouts. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may result in us contacting you to verify your ID. Your credit card will be billed upon Check Out.

For multiple orders, we will attempt to ship all orders at the same time.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. An order is considered accepted once your credit card payment has been approved as part of the Check Out transaction.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is found to be out of stock after you place your order, we will offer you a refund or credit to your account. You you can either replace the item with an in stock product or request a refund for the out of stock item. If an item is due to be back in stock within 7 days, we will hold your order until new stock arrives.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you here as an estimate. The average shipping time is between 3-5 days, depending on your shipping location and product inventory.
Pepper and Murphy’s does not charge taxes. For orders shipped to countries outside Australia, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Pepper and Murphy’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pepper and Murphy’s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pepper and Murphy’s shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Pepper & Murphy’s is in partnership with Australia Post. Your items will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once item/s are dispatched. If you wish to track your item please click on the link provided or enter the tracking number at the Australian Post website.
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Item/s must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
PURCHASED WRONG SIZE
If you purchased the wrong size, you can return your item/s within 30 days from receipt of your order for an exchange or store credit. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s at email@example.com. Once your item/s have been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Store credits are applied minus any shipping charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and notify you of the outcome of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product has been deemed as faulty.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund, we advise that you check your bank account, contact your credit card company or other refunded method as it can often take some processing time for the refund to show up. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
